Certified RV Repair LLC

Certified RV Repair is an RV repair business based in Elkhart, Indiana, at 2505 Marina Dr. It is a division of Luxe 5th Wheels at The RV Factory, and its address is the one on its Google listing.

Its site lists roof repair and replacement, slide-out repairs, electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC service, collision repair, awning repair and installation, winterization, brake repairs, battery service, water damage, propane systems, routine maintenance and RV solar. It says it handles "all RV makes and models" and names Winnebago, Thor, Forest River, Airstream, Jayco, Keystone, Grand Design, DRV and Binkley among the brands it services. Roof leaks and slide-outs are the jobs where a quick look matters most, because water that gets into a floor or wall turns a small repair into a large one.

It does not publish a trip fee, an hourly rate, a diagnostic fee or any job prices, and no hours are posted. It does not describe emergency or after-hours service. Before you book, ask whether it comes to your campsite or driveway, what its trip fee is and when it is open. Its site says its processes let it finish repairs quickly, "minimizing downtime for you."

Its technicians are "Luxe Factory-Certified," and it calls them "veterans of the RV industry right here in Elkhart, Indiana." Factory certification means the work is done to the manufacturer's standards, which matters when a warranty is on the line. The business honors third-party extended service agreements, naming Good Sam, Wholesale Warranties, Coach-Net and XtraRide. Google rates it 4.8 stars from 67 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in Elkhart with a roof, slide-out, electrical or plumbing problem who wants factory-certified techs on the job and has a service agreement or warranty to use.
