South Texas RV Repair, LLC

South Texas RV Repair is a mobile RV repair company based out of Rockport, Texas. It comes to you, wherever the rig sits, and says "your location, our destination," meaning it travels to handle complete RV repairs rather than asking you to bring the RV in.

It works on plumbing, electrical, furnaces, air conditioners, water heaters and on-demand water heaters, awnings, roof repairs and slide-outs, along with foam, wood and slide floors, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, furniture and lighting. It serves the surrounding South Texas areas, though no specific towns or mile radius are listed, so ask when you call how far out it will travel from Rockport.

No trip fee or hourly rate is published, so ask about the trip fee before you book. Hours run Monday through Friday, 8 to 6, and it says to call for weekend availability, which matters if something fails on a Saturday and you do not want to wait until Monday.

The company has been at it since 2019 and has weathered a rough stretch, having lost its lead tech, Herbie, to covid early on before rebuilding its team. That kind of history is worth knowing because it means the crew answering the phone today is not the original one, for a reason the company is upfront about.

Google rates it 4.8 stars from 63 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in the Rockport area who would rather have a tech come to the driveway or campsite than find a way to tow a rig with a bad slide-out or a dead AC to a shop.
