Runamuk Transport

Runamuk Transport is a transport company based in Rockport, Texas, that also runs mobile RV service. Its main trade is moving things, including RVs, autos, boats, buildings and heavy equipment. For RV work, the tech comes to you. Its service area is Rockport, Aransas Pass, Portland, Port Aransas, Corpus Christi and "the entire Texas Coastal Bend Area."

The business offers "Mobile RV Tech & Inspection Services," but it does not name the RV systems or brands it works on, so describe your problem when you call. An inspection is worth having before you buy a used rig, so ask what this one covers. If the rig cannot be driven, the company also lists "Nationwide transport of RV," which can matter more than the repair when you are far from home.

No trip fee, hourly rate or hours are published, so ask about the trip fee and the hourly rate before anyone comes out. Ask whether it takes calls after hours and how soon it can reach you. The phone number is 903-916-0997.

Mike Stewart has been providing transport services "for ten years," covering RV, auto, marine and heavy equipment. He is also a "Certified RV Technician." Ask which program certified him, since the name tells you more than the title. Ask whether the business carries insurance and what licensing it holds. Google lists it as a transportation service, with 4.7 stars from 25 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in Rockport, Aransas Pass, Portland, Port Aransas or Corpus Christi who wants a mobile RV tech to come to them, or for an owner who needs an RV moved a long way.
