Excellence RV Service

Excellence RV Service is a mobile RV tech based in Akron, Ohio. It comes to you, working on trailers and motorhomes wherever they sit. No service area or radius is published, so ask how far they travel when you call.

It covers a wide range of systems: brakes and bearing replacement, repair and maintenance (including horse and utility trailers), all 12 volt and 110 volt electrical work, LP repairs and installations, power and manual awning repairs, appliance repair and replacement, trailer tires, siding repair and replacement, rubber roof repairs and replacements, water damage restoration, and roof repair. It also handles water heater service, flooring, and upgrades or custom modifications, and will install accessories sold in the RV industry. One thing worth knowing before you call: it does not perform chassis work on motorhomes, so if that is your issue, ask upfront.

No trip fee, hourly rate, or hours of operation are published, so get those numbers before the technician heads out. Its process is to contact them, get a written estimate, then have the work done, which gives you a number to look at before anything starts.

In its own words, "At Excellence RV Service, we take pride in providing top-quality maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to keep your RV in peak condition." That matters for a rig with a bad awning or a leaking roof seal, since a tech who comes to the trailer saves you from towing it anywhere.

This is a good fit for an owner near Akron who wants a wide range of trailer and motorhome systems handled at their own driveway or storage lot, and who does not mind calling ahead to pin down the price and the radius.
