American Pro RV Service Center

American Pro RV Service Center is an RV repair shop based in Summerfield, FL, at 15265 S US Highway 441. You bring the RV to the shop. Mobile or on-site visits are not listed, so if your rig cannot be moved, ask before you count on a crew coming to the campground.

It works on AC and heating, generators, slides, electrical systems, plumbing, water tanks and connections, gas lines, hydraulic and leveling systems, appliances, dry rot, flooring, and hitch and vehicle hook-up links. On motorhomes it also checks brakes, engines and transmissions. It handles body panels and roofing, and it sells and installs accessories from refrigerators to awnings. It names Keystone RV, Forest River, Fleetwood and Coachman, and says it works on "all makes and models of RVs and motorhomes," covering motorhomes, campers and trailers.

No hourly rate or trip fee is published, so ask about cost before you leave the rig. It offers "free quotes" by phone at 352-307-0321. The warranty is "a one-year warranty on parts from ourselves and the manufacturer," so ask what that covers before you approve the work. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed weekends. No after-hours service is listed, so a weekend breakdown means waiting for the shop to reopen.

Google rates it 4.6 stars from 34 reviews, and the shop's own line is "Over 30 years of experience." Its pages name no certifications, licensing or insurance, so ask what training the technicians hold and whether the business carries liability insurance. Reviews name David as the owner and describe a pre-trip inspection with the batteries load tested.

This is a good fit for an owner in or near Summerfield who can bring the rig in on a weekday and wants a free quote before any work starts.
