Vinnie's

Vinnie's is an Airstream repair shop with a location in the Tallahassee area, based at 90 Ram Blvd. in Midway, Florida. You bring the trailer to the shop, and the owners say "no trailer leaves our shop until it's finished to Vinnie's standards."

It works on Airstream trailers from 2000 on, and if a repair is not listed, the shop says to reach out through its project inquiry form. The list runs long: roof reseals (recommended every 3 to 5 years), pressure testing to find hard-to-locate leaks, multipoint inspections, brake inspections, bearing checks and axle replacement, solar and lithium upgrades, inverter and DC-DC charger work, AC service and replacement, fridge and microwave replacement, awning repair, skylight and fan installs, and paintless dent repair on body panels. The Tallahassee location handles everything the Sacramento shop does except paintless dent repair, though their PDR specialist, Ivan, visits Florida at least once a year.

There is no published hourly rate or trip fee, so ask about pricing and timeline when you call. No hours are posted either.

Vinnie has worked on Airstreams for nearly two decades, and the shop describes him as the "Airstream Whisperer." The shops are not affiliated with Airstream or Thor Industries, which matters if you want independent judgment on whether a panel needs replacing or can be saved with paintless dent repair. Google rates the shop 4.8 stars from 17 reviews.

This is a good fit for an Airstream owner near Tallahassee who wants specialized trailer work, from a leaking seam to a lithium upgrade, done by people who work on nothing but Airstreams.
