CLEAR CHOICE AUTOMOTIVE & RV LLC

Clear Choice Automotive & RV LLC is a mobile and in-house RV repair service based in Ventura, California. It comes to you on site or you can bring the RV to its location, and it covers Ventura County and the surrounding area.

It works on nearly every system an RV owner deals with: air conditioning, refrigerators and cooling units, generators, slide-outs, awnings, water heaters, holding tanks, leveling systems, solar panels, batteries, converters and inverters, LP gas systems, electrical work and roof coating or reseal. It also handles water damage repairs, plastic welding, window reseals, flooring, upholstery, interior renovations and custom builds, including van-to-camper conversions and modifications for handicap needs. It stocks RV parts so most jobs get done on the spot, and says a part that needs ordering usually arrives within 24 hours.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about cost when you call. It is available 7 days a week and says it will respond within 24 hours if it does not pick up right away. It works with extended warranty companies, which matters if your RV is still under one and you want the claim handled without doing the legwork yourself. It also offers discounts to military and first responders.

Google rates it 5 stars from 78 reviews, and more than one mentions the owner, Erik, by name for being straightforward about the work and the cost.

This is a good fit for an owner in or around Ventura County who wants one shop that can take on a generator repair, a slide-out problem and a custom interior build without being passed between specialists, or a traveler who would rather have the tech come to the campground than tow the rig in.
