Jacks Mobile RV Services

Jacks Mobile RV Services is a mobile RV tech based in Garden Grove, California. It comes to you, bringing the shop to your driveway, storage lot or campsite, so a jammed slide-out or a dead outlet gets handled without hauling the rig anywhere.

It works on electrical systems, slide-outs, propane and LP systems, leveling, appliances, heating and air conditioning, towing, plumbing, roofing, preventative maintenance, awnings and slide toppers, and mobile internet and TV setups on motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers. It services Atwood and Dometic appliances by name. Besides Garden Grove, it covers Anaheim, Santa Ana, Irvine, Orange, Fullerton, Costa Mesa, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, South Los Angeles, West San Bernardino, Riverside, Rancho Cucamonga and Altadena, along with Buckeye, Goodyear and Avondale, Arizona.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call. Hours run Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, closed Sunday.

Jack has run this business himself for over 9 years, and the owner-operator setup means you deal directly with the person doing the work rather than a dispatcher. The business also handles warranty and insurance repair work, "handling inspections, claims, approvals, and repairs with clear communication and fast service," which matters if your fix needs to go through a manufacturer or insurer rather than straight out of pocket. Google rates it 4.8 stars from 19 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in Orange County or the far West Valley of Phoenix who wants a tech to come to where the rig already sits, especially for roof, slide-out or appliance trouble that would otherwise mean a tow.
