Integrity 1st Mobile RV Service

Integrity 1st Mobile RV Service is a mobile RV tech based in Verona, Wisconsin. It comes to you, at home or at your campsite, and covers the greater Madison area.

It works on A/C, furnace, generator, water heater, plumbing, leveling and stabilization systems, refrigeration and awnings, on Class A, Class B and Class C motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and horse trailers with living quarters. It also handles winterization and de-winterization, along with cleaning the plumbing system and water heater, which it notes should be done at least once a year. A rig with a bad leveling system or a dead A/C often cannot be towed to a shop easily, so a tech who comes to the campsite or driveway saves the hassle of hauling it anywhere.

There is no published trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee, so ask about those when you call. The business is run by Steve, a Registered RV Technician and a veteran of the Army National Guard, and Jen, who together also run an RV rental business. Steve became a Registered RV Technician after noticing the lack of mobile RV repair in the Madison area, which is worth knowing since that certification means he has been trained specifically on RV systems rather than general auto or trailer work.

Google rates it 5 stars from 158 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner around Madison or Verona who does not want to take time off work to haul a rig to a shop, or a traveler stuck at a campsite with a system down and no easy way to move the RV.
