On-site Camper Pros

On-site Camper Pros is a mobile RV repair business based in Pittsville, Wisconsin. It comes to you, since the work is done on site. It does not publish a service area, so ask whether it will come to your campsite, driveway or storage lot before you book.

It works on travel trailers and RVs: the furnace, water heater, fridge and AC, covers, vents, latches and fixtures, roof and edge sealing with leak checks, and 12-volt and 110-volt systems. It also does presale inspections, slide system corrections, and window and door replacements. A presale inspection is worth paying for before you buy a used trailer, since a roof leak or weak furnace is hard to spot from the driveway.

Pricing is by the hour, plus travel: $130 per on-site hour + $1/mile round-trip travel. Winterization is $130 flat, Spring Start-Up is $170 flat, and the Complete Seasonal Package is $350, which covers both plus a mid-summer inspection. Parts and materials are billed separately, and larger jobs of 4 hours or more are priced by written quote. It claims "Most same-day issues are diagnosed within the first hour." No flat trip fee, hours or after-hours service are published, so ask for the total before anyone drives out.

It names no certifications, license, insurance, warranty terms, years in business, brands or technician, so ask about each before booking. Google rates it 5 stars from 2 reviews.

This is a good fit for a travel trailer owner who wants a flat price for winterization or spring start-up, or who needs a roof or appliance problem looked at on site and is willing to ask about the service area and total cost first.
