Mobile RV Rescue

Mobile RV Rescue is a mobile RV tech based in New Richmond, Wisconsin. It comes to you, at a campground, private property, storage facility or RV park, and does not require you to bring the rig to a shop.

Its work covers air conditioners, furnaces, plumbing, water heaters, slide-outs, awnings, electrical and battery systems, refrigerators, leveling systems, solar and winterizing, on travel trailers, fifth wheels and motorhomes. It runs seasonally: Western Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota from April through December, covering New Richmond, Hudson, River Falls, Eau Claire, Somerset and Baldwin, then Apache Junction, Arizona from January through March, covering Apache Junction, Mesa, Gold Canyon and East Phoenix. That split matters if you winter in the desert and summer up north, since the same shop can follow you both places.

The Mobile Service Visit runs $99 and includes travel within 15 miles of its current service location, with travel beyond that billed at $3.00 per additional mile. Diagnostic and repair labor runs $149 with a 1-hour minimum, billed separately from the visit fee, and parts and materials are separate too. It backs its work with a 90-day labor warranty and will assist with manufacturer warranty and insurance repair claims, though it notes most warranty companies do not cover the mobile visit charge itself. Hours run Monday through Friday, 8 to 5, with Saturdays and Sundays by appointment.
