Markquart RV - Columbus

Markquart RV Columbus is an RV dealer with a service department, based in Columbus, Wisconsin. You bring the RV to its shop, and it says "you can come to us with almost any travel trailer, fifth wheel, and toy hauler maintenance."

It works on general repairs, camper winterizing, warranty work, LP tank refills, solar installation and accessory add-ons, on travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers. It does not do chassis work on motorized RVs, but says it can refer travelers to a shop that does. It serves the greater Madison area.

No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic charge is published, so ask about those when you call. Service and parts hours run Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 3pm, closed Sunday.

Its techs are RVTI certified and have completed manufacturer specific training, and the shop is certified to do warranty work on KZ, Grand Design and Forest River campers. That certification matters if your rig is one of those brands and still under warranty, since a shop without it may have to turn warranty work away or send it elsewhere. Google rates it 4.4 stars from 57 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Columbus or Madison who drives a KZ, Grand Design, Forest River, or Keystone travel trailer, fifth wheel, or toy hauler and wants warranty work or routine maintenance done at a dealer shop rather than waiting on a mobile tech or driving further afield.
