Aubrey's RV Center

Aubrey's RV Center is a family-owned RV parts department with a repair shop at 2010 Landon Avenue in Union Gap, Washington. It has been operating since 1968. The business calls itself "One of Central Washington’s Largest RV Parts Departments," and parts are a large part of what it does. Service runs both ways: you can bring your RV to the shop, or the business will come to you, offering "at-your-site mobile RV service for your convenience."

The repair work covers trailers, 5th wheels and motor homes, from "routine maintenance, minor repairs or a major structural overhaul." Its listed services are undercarriage, appliance and panel replacement work. No service area or radius is stated, so ask whether it can reach your campground or driveway. After an accident, it offers "a free estimate for insurance," and it runs a free RV dump on site.

Having parts on hand matters on a repair day. One reviewer describes a landing gear part that was on the shelf and delivered to a campground, where the 5th wheel was still attached to the truck and could not be moved.

It does not publish a trip fee, hourly labor rate or diagnostic fee, and it does not state after-hours or emergency service, so ask about the trip fee when you call 509-453-4709. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with Saturday and Sunday closed.

The shop technicians have "over 90 combined years of RV service experience," so a tech there has likely seen your problem before. Ask about certifications, licensing and insurance, brands, and whether repairs carry a warranty, since none of those is spelled out. Google rates it 4.5 stars from 238 reviews, in the category RV repair shop.

This is a good fit for an owner in Central Washington who wants a repair and a part from the same stop, or who needs an insurance estimate after an accident, and who will confirm the trip fee and mobile reach before booking.
