Modern Pioneer RV Services LLC

Modern Pioneer RV Services LLC is a mobile RV tech based in Starbuck, Washington. It comes to you, and it describes its reach as "proudly serving Eastern Washington." No service radius is published, so ask when you call whether your town or campground falls inside its range.

The business does not list the specific systems or RV types it handles on its site, so ask about your fridge, slide-out, AC or whatever else is acting up when you call. It is run by Josie Clanton, a 2024 graduate of the NRVTA, an industry training academy for RV technicians, with dealership experience behind that. He and his wife Starr lived on the road full time for a combined 8 years before settling in Starbuck, which is the kind of background that tends to mean a tech who has actually dealt with the problem you are calling about, not just read the manual.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about the trip fee when you call, before any work starts. Hours run 9 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday and noon to 7 pm Sunday. Veterans, first responders, medical providers and teachers get a 10% discount on repairs.

Google rates it 5 stars from 8 reviews.

This is a good fit for a traveler in Eastern Washington who wants a tech to come to the campground or driveway rather than wait on a dealer, and who does not mind calling ahead to pin down the price and exactly what is covered before the truck shows up.
