Omega Mobile RV Repair

Omega Mobile RV Repair is a mobile RV tech based in Springville, Utah. It comes to your RV directly, with no shop visits required, and covers up to 40 miles from its location.

It works on generators, slide-outs, appliances, refrigerators, AC units, water heaters and microwaves, plus water systems including fresh, grey and black water tanks and water pumps, and heating and air conditioning. It services motorhomes, Class A, B and C rigs, trailers, fifth wheels and vans anywhere in its Utah service area.

The trip fee is $85, covering up to 40 miles from its location, and climbs to $160 after hours, on weekends and holidays. The hourly rate is $140, with a one hour minimum per call and diagnostic work included in that rate. After 8pm, emergency calls run $160 an hour. Past 50 miles, it adds $2 a mile round trip, and if parts need ordering, a follow-up visit within 50 miles carries no extra trip charge. It runs 24/7 emergency service with same-day appointments available, and it handles warranty work for various manufacturers for owners who have coverage to use.

The technician is RVTAA certified and completed a 5-week certification program at the National RV Training Academy. It is a family-owned operation run by a mother-and-son team, which matters if you want the same person showing up who answered the phone. Google rates it 4.7 stars from 14 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in or around Springville who wants a flat trip fee and an hourly rate before the truck pulls in, or a traveler whose generator, slide-out or AC quits and who would rather not leave the rig at a shop for weeks.
