Innovative Customs

Innovative Customs is a truck accessories and fabrication business based in Roosevelt, Utah. Its listing here is for RV parts, service and repairs, which its own page names as one of several things it does. The rest of its work is truck accessories, fleet upfitting, custom tool boxes, flatbeds, Besler bale beds and metal fabrication.

The page does not say which RV types or systems it works on, so name your rig and the system that needs work when you call. It also does not say whether it comes to your campsite or driveway, or whether you bring the RV to its shop, and it gives no service area. Ask all three before you plan a trip or a tow.

The page publishes no prices, hourly rate, trip fee or hours. Ask about the trip fee first, then ask what the diagnosis costs before any work starts. The shop line is 1-435-722-8500, which the page marks "CALL FOR QUICK RESPONSE." A second number, 1-435-724-8096, is listed as mobile.

The page does not state licensing, insurance, a warranty or how many years it has been in business, and it names no technicians. Those are the questions worth asking on the phone, along with who does the RV work. The company describes its goal as "provide quality work," so ask what that means for your repair in writing.

Google gives the business 4.3 stars from 11 reviews, under the category truck accessories store.

This is a good fit for an owner near Roosevelt, Utah, who needs RV parts or a repair and is willing to ask these questions before committing to a visit.
