Onsite Detail

Onsite Detail is a mobile auto detailing business based in Midvale, Utah. It comes to you for RV work, at your home, office or wherever the rig is parked, since its Midvale shop does not take RVs or boats. If you want work done at the shop itself, that option is for cars, trucks and SUVs only.

For RVs, it handles 5th wheels, covering interior and exterior detailing. Its service area includes Salt Lake County, Utah County, Davis County, Washington County, Park City and Tooele, plus surrounding Utah communities. A traveler who wants a rig cleaned up before a trip or after one, without hauling it anywhere, is who this mobile setup is built for.

Mobile jobs include a travel fee based on your location, which it says helps cover fuel, the detailer's travel time and wear on its vans. No dollar amount is published, so ask what that fee runs when you call to book. Hours are Monday through Friday 9 to 5, with Saturday by appointment and Sunday closed.

Onsite Detail says it is "fully licensed" and carries insurance "from garage liability to worker's comp," which matters when a crew is working around your rig's paint and awnings on your own property. It follows the International Detailing Association Code of Ethics and has served Salt Lake and Utah counties and surrounding areas since 2005. Alex Blaisdell is named on the business's pages.

Google rates it 4.8 stars from 105 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner with a 5th wheel who wants the inside and outside cleaned up at home or in a storage lot, rather than driving it anywhere, and who is fine asking about the travel fee before booking.
