ACRV REPAIR CENTER

ACRV Repair Center is a full service RV repair facility based in Port Aransas, Texas. It runs a shop at its SH-361 address where you can bring the RV, and it also sends out one of three service trucks for on-site work Monday through Friday, with limited Saturday service, so you do not always have to tow a rig in.

It works on motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels and toy haulers, and handles propane installations, alterations and repairs along with general RV systems. It is a Forest River factory authorized service center and an authorized service center for Dometic, Norcold, Coleman, Suburban, Thetford, Sealand, A&E and Carefree of Colorado, which matters if your fridge or awning is one of those brands and you want someone who can get factory parts and backing. It is also, in its own words, "the only authorized FlexArmor applicator south of San Antonio and Houston" for roof work. Its service area covers Port Aransas, Rockport, Aransas Pass, Fulton, Portland and Corpus Christi.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call. Hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. ACRV backs its work with a 30-day warranty on labor and the manufacturer's warranty on parts, and it is certified with the State of Texas for propane installations, alterations and repairs, a detail worth knowing since propane work done wrong is a safety issue, not just a repair bill. The business lists over 30 years of marine and RV repair experience.

Google rates it 4.5 stars from 141 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Coastal Bend area with a Forest River rig, a propane system needing certified work, or a roof that needs a FlexArmor reseal, and for anyone who would rather have the truck come to the campground than arrange a tow.
