Texas Custom Coach

Texas Custom Coach is an RV remodel and repair shop based in Pipe Creek, Texas. You bring the RV to its shop at 10498 South State Highway 16 S, Pipe Creek, TX 78063, and the phone number is 830-510-4224. Its full name is "COACHWORKS, known to many as Texas Custom Coach," and it has been at it since 1981.

It works on Prevost and Class A RVs, and its remodel pages also name horse trailers with living quarters. Its service list covers air conditioning (house), heating systems, refrigerators, inverters, batteries, generators, electrical upgrades, the coach motor, and oil and filter service. Exterior work includes awnings by Zip Dee and Girard, fiberglass repair, windshield replacement, body and paint repair, and "Accident Repair (Insurance OK)." It also repairs TrackStar, KVH and MOTO SAT equipment.

Because this is a fixed shop, a rig that cannot be driven needs a tow to get there, so budget for that before you call. No prices, trip fee or emergency service are published, and no service area is stated, so ask for an estimate when you call. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with Saturday by appointment only and Sunday closed.

The site lists no certifications or licensing, so ask what training the technicians hold. Remodel work is the bigger part of the business: custom interiors, cabinets, flooring, and bed size expansion from queen to king. Its craftsman "will match any interior color, style and finish," so get that match in writing before work starts. Google rates the shop 4.8 stars from 72 reviews, in the category RV repair shop.

This is a good fit for an owner who can get the rig to Pipe Creek on a weekday and wants interior remodel work, or collision repair on a Prevost, Class A RV or horse trailer with living quarters.
