Get-U-Goin Rv Service, LLC.

Get-U-Goin RV Service is a full service RV repair center based in Brookshire, Texas. It is not a mobile operation right now. Its own site says mobile calls and repairs are currently suspended, so you bring the RV to its shop rather than wait on a visit.

It works on motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers and toy haulers, along with horse trailers and cargo trailers. Jobs covered include the A/C system, electrical problems, plumbing leaks, roof leaks, furnace issues, axle noise, refrigerator problems, lighting, electric steps, soft floors and generators. It is an Authorized Repair Facility for Cummins Onan generators and a Platinum Onan dealer, and it also sells portable Onan generators, with a P2500 listed at $925.00 and a P4500 at $1495.00.

Get-U-Goin publishes two maintenance package prices. The Keep-U-Goin package runs $595.00 and covers a hitch to bumper inspection, roof seal check and caulking, A/C and appliance checks, water system check, light bulb replacement, slide-out greasing and A/C filter changes. The Winter Prep package runs $260.00 and covers draining water lines, antifreeze protection, battery disconnect and refrigerator storage. Hours run 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Thursday. No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call.

The shop has been in the industry 38 years under owners Russell and Peggy Wilhite, and it says it honors all extended warranties, which can spare you the back and forth with a warranty company. Google rates it 4.5 stars from 39 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Brookshire or West Houston who can bring the RV in, especially one with a generator issue or an extended warranty claim to sort out.
