Wilhelm Mobile Detailing

Wilhelm Mobile Detailing is a mobile detailing business based in Amarillo, Texas. It comes to you, bringing its own water and electricity, so an RV can be washed and detailed at home, at work or at the campground.

It works on RVs and motor-coaches as well as cars and trucks, with its RV service covering a full wash and detail including the roof, wheels and tires. It services Amarillo, Canyon, Hereford and Claude, Texas. A few conditions apply to where it can work: no apartment complexes, paved driveways only (no gravel or dirt), and no detailing on public streets.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published for RV work, so ask about those when you call. Its listed detailing packages are priced for cars and SUVs, not RVs, but it does say it offers "flat hourly rates for bulk detailing" and will look at a job and give a quote, which is worth asking about for a motor-coach. Detailing hours run Tuesday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, closed Sunday and Monday.

Micheal Wilhelm works alone and has detailed RVs right at the owner's RV park site, which matters for a rig too big or inconvenient to move for a wash. One traveler's review describes him spending close to 5 1/2 hours on a 45 foot motor-coach, covering the roof, wheels and tires. Google rates the business 4.6 stars from 10 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in the Amarillo, Canyon, Hereford or Claude area who wants the rig cleaned where it sits and is willing to call ahead and get a quote for the job.
