Red Rover Mobile RV Service is a mobile RV tech based in Amarillo, Texas. It comes to you, wherever you are camped, so you do not have to break camp to get repairs done. Matt Curry runs it, and he says he will be "on my way ASAP" when you call.

It works on slide-outs, awnings, plumbing, electrical, minor mechanical issues, rubber roofs, appliances, vents, jacks, propane systems, air conditioning, heat systems, leaks and windows, on recreational vehicles, park models and mobile homes. It does not do engine work. Coverage runs along Interstate 40 near Amarillo and out to Bushland, Dumas, Dalhart, Vega, Clarendon, Hereford, Pampa and Plainview from April 15 to October 15. From October 15 to April 15, the business follows the Winter Texans south and serves the Rio Grande Valley from Mercedes to Mission, at a different number, 956-369-9918.

There is no hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee published, so ask about those when you call, along with whether it can reach your specific campground or town that week.

Matt Curry is RVIA trained, RVDA trained, licensed with the Texas Railroad Commission for LP gas work, and insured and bonded. The propane license matters if your repair touches the gas system, since that is not work you want done without one.

Google rates it 4.5 stars from 55 reviews.

This is a good fit for a traveler camped along I-40 near Amarillo, or wintering in the Rio Grande Valley, who needs a tech to come to the rig instead of hauling it somewhere.
