East Tennessee Luxury Coach

East Tennessee Luxury Coach is an RV repair shop based in Vonore, Tennessee, at 126 Horne Drive. It calls itself "a family owned and operated business" and says it wants to be your "one stop shop for all Prevost chassis and conversion needs." The coach type it lists is Class A.

It lists chassis maintenance, services and repairs, and generator service and repairs. Its other work covers Crestron system repairs and upgrades, LVP, tile and hardwood flooring, custom cabinets and countertops, house battery and inverter replacement, Starlink installation, and audio video and TV replacement. The brands it names are Prevost, Crestron and Starlink. No service area is stated, and it does not say whether it works on RV brands other than Prevost, so ask before you book.

Daniel Williams, listed as its chassis and A/C tech, writes that he has been "working on Prevost Motorhomes for 11 years," starting with brake chambers and air bags and moving on to suspension, slide-outs and water systems. The team also lists a Crestron Master Certified Programer, which matters if your coach's controls or entertainment run on Crestron, since programming is a separate skill from installing the hardware. Its team history lists the shop from 2014 to the present.

No trip fee, hourly rate, diagnostic fee or hours are published, so ask about the trip fee when you call (423) 884-6008. The business does not publish a licensing, insurance or warranty statement either, so ask for those too. Google rates it 4.7 stars from 44 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner with a Prevost coach who wants chassis, generator or Crestron work from a family crew, and who will ask about the trip fee and whether the work can be done at their site before booking.
