5G RV

5G RV is a mobile RV repair and inspection business based in Piney Flats, Tennessee. It comes to you, by appointment, and works on motorized RVs at wherever the rig is parked.

The shop handles plumbing repairs, tank cleaning, appliance diagnosis and repair, electrical diagnostics, external waterproofing, roof maintenance and repair, generators, furnaces, hot water heaters and suspension work. It also performs RV inspections, including Warranty Forever inspections, which matter if you are buying a used rig and want someone checking the roof, furnace, water heater and suspension before you sign anything rather than after.

5G RV has not published a trip fee or an hourly rate, so ask about both when you call or text to set up a visit. Appointments are the only way it schedules work: there are no drop-in hours, so call or text ahead.

The husband and wife team, Kimberly and Carl Griggers, both work as RV technicians. Kimberly handles plumbing repairs, tank cleaning, appliance diagnosis and repair, electrical diagnostics, waterproofing and inspections. Carl covers electrical diagnostics, roof maintenance and repair, appliance repair and replacement, generators and exterior waterproofing, and brings 23 years in commercial construction before switching to RV work. Both perform Warranty Forever inspections, which require an annual roof seal check, furnace inspection, water heater flush and, on motorized units, a suspension inspection and lubrication to keep that coverage valid.

This is a good fit for an owner of a motorized RV near Piney Flats who needs a tech to come to the driveway or storage lot, or a buyer who wants a pre-purchase inspection before closing the deal.
