Big Jerm's RV

Big Jerm's RV is a mobile RV tech based in Mt Carmel, Tennessee. It comes to you, built as "first and foremost a Mobile Limited Liability Company," meaning the truck comes to your driveway, storage lot or campsite rather than you hauling the rig to a shop.

It specializes in roof repair and water damage, two problems that tend to go together and only get worse the longer they sit. No service radius is published, so ask when you call how far out it travels from Mt Carmel.

Pricing follows a clear structure. A new issue starts with a $100 diagnostic fee that includes one hour of labor, and the hourly rate after that is $150. Emergency service adds $100 on top. Big Jerm's RV "may waive additional service call fees at its discretion, except for the initial one," so the first trip charge is firm but later visits for the same job might not add another one. Roof work is only done between 40 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit and not in rain, snow, fog or high wind, which is a reasonable safety call rather than a stall tactic. All parts and labor carry a 90-day warranty against defects. Hours run Monday through Friday, 9 to 5.

Beyond repair, Big Jerm's RV also handles RV rentals and consignment sales, so it is a business that touches more than just wrench work.

Google rates it 4.7 stars from 54 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner dealing with a leaking roof or water damage who wants a tech to come to the rig rather than wait on a shop slot, and who wants the diagnostic cost spelled out before the truck shows up.
