STG.NET is a fixed-location RV repair shop based in Hohenwald, Tennessee. You bring the rig to them, at their B-Haven location, and all work is done there.

They specialize in lithium battery and inverter installation for the Winnebago Travato 59G and 59K, and say they "will work on other smaller RVs" and B-Class Van RVs more generally. Beyond that they handle other upgrades and general repairs, LED headlights (the one chassis item they touch), and oil changes and minor maintenance on Cummins generators. They do not work on vehicle chassis otherwise, are not an authorized warranty service center, and do not repair Volta Lithium systems.

Their hourly rate is listed at $200, with a daily rate of $1400 for larger jobs. A travel fee of $250 applies, and emergency service, for things like a water leak or no shore power, carries a $300 fee and gets worked in ahead of the regular schedule. They are commonly booked out several months, so call or request service early if your timeline is flexible. You stay in your own rig the whole time, with electric, water and sewer hookups on site, so there is no need to find a hotel nearby.

Scheduling runs through a service request form, and Crystal follows up by email to confirm your date. Payment is due only once the work is finished, by card through PayPal, cash or check.

This is a good fit for a Travato owner who wants a lithium or inverter upgrade done by a shop that knows that specific rig, and who can work around a months-out booking window.
