Elkins Mobile RV

Elkins Mobile RV is a mobile RV tech based in Dover, Tennessee. It comes to you, and the owner should ask when calling whether it will travel to a specific campsite, storage lot or driveway, since no fixed service area is published. During spring, summer and fall it works near Land Between the Lakes at the Kentucky/Tennessee border, and in winter it follows warmer weather, so a traveler should confirm where the crew is currently working before booking.

It services air conditioning, water heaters, holding tanks, electrical and plumbing systems on pop-ups and motorhomes. Listed services include black and grey tank pressure washing, air conditioning preventative maintenance, air conditioner replacement and Micro-Air Easy Start installation. The tank pressure washing requires full hookups, shore power, water and sewer, and the standard service call fee is waived if no other work is requested that visit. The A/C jobs and the Easy Start installation are quoted as labor only, with parts and disposal billed separately at MSRP, and all of them need shore or generator power running at the time of service.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about the trip fee when you call. Hours run Monday through Friday 9 to 5, Saturday 9 to 2 and Sunday 9 to noon. The business has been operating since December 2023 and is run by Gabriel. Google rates it 5 stars from 13 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Land Between the Lakes needing A/C, water heater or tank service brought to the campsite, or a traveler whose rig passes through the area during one of Elkins's seasonal stops.
