Pickles RV

Pickles RV is a small, family run RV repair shop based in Piedmont, South Dakota. It works both ways: you can bring the RV to its shop, or it will come to you for mobile service. They name Custer and Sturgis along with Piedmont, so the service area appears to reach across that part of the state, though no set radius is published, so ask when you call how far they will travel.

They handle winterizing and de-winterizing, roof replacement after hail or storm damage, full wash, wax and buff jobs, and warranty work and recalls. Pickles RV is an authorized service center for Keystone RVs, which matters if you own one and need warranty work done right rather than voided by an outside shop.

Pricing is published for two common jobs: winterizing and de-winterizing runs $120.00 plus tax each, and a full RV inspection is $120.00 plus tax. No hourly rate or trip fee is posted beyond that, so ask about those, and about any mileage charge for mobile calls, when you call.

Google rates Pickles RV 4 stars from 8 reviews. One traveler described a motorcycle breakdown in Custer where no one else would help, and Pickles RV got him taken care of, the kind of story that says something about a shop willing to go out of its way.

This is a good fit for a Keystone owner who wants warranty or recall work done by an authorized center, or any RV owner in the Piedmont, Sturgis or Custer area who needs a straightforward winterizing, de-winterizing or inspection done at a set price.
