Raven RV Repair

Raven RV Repair is a mobile RV repair business based in Travelers Rest, SC, and it comes to you. It calls itself "a fully certified mobile RV repair business," and it is run by a family that has lived in an RV full time for over a year.

It works on HVAC, refrigerators, furnace and water heaters, leveling systems and slide-outs, and it says to call about any system not on that list. It will also help new owners learn their coach at home or at the campsite. It serves anywhere within 20 miles of Travelers Rest and adds, "do not hesitate to call if you are further out." A rig with a slide-out that will not come in often cannot be moved safely, so a technician who comes to the campsite can save a tow.

Raven RV Repair does not publish an hourly rate, a trip fee, job prices or hours, so ask about the trip fee and the hourly rate when you call. It also does not state a warranty, a license or insurance, or a response time, so ask about those too.

It says its technicians train at the National RV Training Academy in Texas, but it does not name a certificate, so ask which training the tech who comes to you holds. Google rates it 5 stars from 46 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner within 20 miles of Travelers Rest who wants a mobile tech for HVAC, refrigerator, furnace, leveling or slide-out work, or for a traveler at a nearby campsite who wants to ask about the trip fee before anyone pulls in.
