RV EMTS is a mobile RV tech based in Reading, Pennsylvania. It comes to you, wherever the rig sits, rather than asking you to bring it to a shop.

It handles appliance, plumbing, electrical and propane system repairs, along with general repairs, upgrades and custom installs. On the maintenance side it covers roof seals, bearings, winterizing and de-winterizing, brakes and suspension, and the water system. It does not work on engines and chassis, and will point you toward someone who does for that kind of motorhome repair.

The hourly rate is $135 with a one hour minimum. On top of that there is a service call fee based on mileage from Reading to your unit, so ask for that number when you call rather than assuming it is included. Nights, weekends, holidays and emergency calls run at a different rate that varies. A deposit equal to one hour labor plus the service call fee is collected to secure the appointment, and it is non-refundable if the job turns out to be one you decline once it is diagnosed. Hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday by appointment, Sunday closed.

Bill, the owner, is a Master Certified RV Technician with more than 40 years in the RV industry, across service, sales, and dealership management. That kind of background means he has likely seen your specific problem before, not just read about it. Google rates RV EMTS 5 stars from 27 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Reading, PA area who wants appliance, plumbing, electrical or maintenance work done at the driveway or campground, and who knows upfront the job does not involve engine or chassis repair.
