Rapid Family RV

Rapid Family RV is an RV repair and rental business based in Loyalhanna, Pennsylvania, at 918 Industrial Blvd. It takes on jobs from small fixes up to complete restorations and also rents out its own RVs. It describes its service as "innovative mobile, virtual, and shop based service options," so a tech can come to you, or you can bring the RV to its shop.

Its listed work covers engine repair and maintenance, electrical work, plumbing repairs, air conditioning and heating repairs, and roofing and siding repairs. Owner reviews describe a refrigerator diagnosed on site and replaced days later, which mattered because the trailer could not be moved. A tech who comes to the campsite can save a tow and a week at a shop.

It publishes no hourly rate, trip fee, diagnostic fee or hours, and it does not state any after-hours service. Ask about the trip fee when you call.

Reviews name the owners as Tom and Brandy and describe Tom doing the repair work. The business calls itself "a family-owned and operated business" and lists a "100% satisfaction guarantee." It names no certifications such as RVTI or NRVIA and does not say it is licensed or insured, so ask both before work starts. Google rates it 4.7 stars from 35 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in or near Loyalhanna who wants a shop visit or a campground visit from one business, and who will confirm the service area and trip fee first. A traveler with a failed refrigerator or slide-out may also find it useful, once the service area is confirmed.
