C.H. Waltz Outdoor & RV

C.H. Waltz Outdoor & RV is an RV dealership and repair shop based in Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. You bring the RV to its facility, which it describes as a "2,000 square foot service facility," though its service department also runs a road service vehicle that can meet some service needs at area campgrounds or at your permanent site, so it is worth asking when you call whether that applies to your situation.

It works on all makes and models of travel trailers, destination trailers, toy haulers, pop-ups and micros, covering general maintenance checkups as well as repair work. The dealership also sells new and used units from Forest River, Winnebago, KZ-RV and Intech RV, and it keeps parts and accessories on hand. It says it is proud to serve Muncy, Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas in North Central Pennsylvania, with additional pages naming Altoona, Danville, Scranton and Lancaster among the areas it reaches.

There is no published hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee, so ask about those when you call. It does offer 6 months of promotional financing through Synchrony for service work. Hours run Monday 9am to 6pm, Tuesday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm, and closed Sunday.

The shop points to fifty years of service experience behind its staff, which matters if you want a crew that has likely seen your specific problem before, not just read about it.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in North Central Pennsylvania who wants one shop for sales, parts and repair work, and who does not mind bringing the rig in rather than needing a tech at the campsite for every job.
