Benner RV Rentals

Benner RV Rentals is a family-owned RV repair and washing business based in Honey Grove, Pennsylvania, run by Bill and Cassandra Benner. It comes to you, and you can also bring the RV to its shop. It also rents travel trailers from 24′ to 32′.

Benner lists repairs, maintenance, upgrades, solar installation, non-mechanical inspections and RV washing. The RV type it names is park models. It is an authorized installer of hitches and towing applications for etrailer. It does not name air conditioners, refrigerators, slide-outs or generators, so ask before booking anything outside that list.

Mobile washing matters because many campgrounds do not allow, or charge a fee for, using water to wash an RV. Benner brings its own: "Our mobile equipment allows us to bring water to the campground to professionally clean your unit." It uses a "biodegradable cleaner that is safe for your RV."

Benner does not publish a trip fee, hourly rate, diagnostic fee or price for repairs or washing, and it names no emergency rate. Repairs are offered "at a competitive price," but no figure is given. Call (717) 940-2267 and ask about the trip fee and job price before you book. Hours are every day, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Response is pitched as "faster than a repair shop, especially in an emergency situation."

Bill has been "performing RV repair and service for more than 7 years." Benner does not say whether it is licensed or insured, holds any certifications or offers a warranty, so ask about each before work starts. Insurance matters when someone works on your rig at your campsite, and a warranty tells you what happens if the fix does not hold. Google rates it 5 stars from 21 reviews. This is a good fit for a park model owner in central Pennsylvania who wants a campsite wash or a repair done where the unit sits, and who will get the trip fee and job price in writing before booking.
