Lucky Duck RV & Appliance Specialties, inc.

Lucky Duck RV & Appliance Specialties, inc. is a family owned RV repair business based in La Pine, Oregon. It comes to you. The business will "serve within a 2-hour radius of La Pine," and it describes its coverage as serving the "Central Oregon area." Gene & Amanda Young and Kevin & April Netto own it. Gene and Kevin do the technical work, and Amanda and April handle the phones.

The business describes its work only as repairs and inspections on your unit. It does not name the RV types, brands or systems it works on, so ask about your rig before you book. Its request form asks for your "location, year, make, model of your unit," so have those details ready.

No trip fee, hourly rate, diagnostic fee or minimum charge is published, so ask about the trip fee first when you call. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday, 10:00am to 1:00pm, and closed Sunday. No after-hours or emergency service is stated, and neither are payment methods.

The warranty is stated only as "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED," so ask what it covers before work starts. The business cites "30+ years of experience in the RV and Appliance Industries." It states no certifications, licensing or insurance, so ask for proof of insurance before a tech works on your rig. A tech who comes to your driveway or campground can save you a tow and a shop wait. Google rates the business 4.8 stars from 51 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner around La Pine and Central Oregon who needs repairs or inspections done at home or in a storage lot, or a traveler within that 2-hour radius who wants a tech to come out to the campground.
