Bill Hall's Mobile RV Service

Bill Hall's Mobile RV Service is a mobile RV repair business based in Bend, Oregon. It comes to your home, a storage facility, or a campsite, so the rig can stay where it is parked. Its service area covers Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Crescent, and La Pine, all in Oregon, and it names no radius beyond those towns.

The work centers on RV appliances and components. It names water heaters, furnaces, converters and chargers, refrigerators, air conditioners, lights, inverters, and toilets, with brands such as Dometic, Norcold, Suburban, and Atwood. It works on bumper pulls, 5th wheels, and Class C and A motor homes. For lighting, it will "convert existing lighting to an energy efficient LED."

Bill Hall's publishes no trip fee, hourly rate, or hours, and it does not say whether it takes emergency or after-hours calls. When you call 541-419-2210, ask about the trip fee and the hourly rate first, and ask how it takes payment. Its terms include "No charge if I can't resolve your problem" and "All work is guaranteed."

The business has been "family owned and locally operated since 2007," and it cites "over 15 years of experience in the RV industry." It describes itself as "licensed and insured," which matters when a tech works inside your rig in a driveway or storage lot, because insurance stands behind the job if something gets damaged. It names no certifications, so ask which ones apply if that matters to you. Google rates it 4.9 stars from 165 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner in Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Crescent, or La Pine with a refrigerator, furnace, water heater, or air conditioner that needs work where it is parked, and who wants to ask about the trip fee before booking.
