Todds Camper Repair

Todds Camper Repair is a mobile RV tech based in Napoleon, Ohio, at 7192 US 6. It comes to you, and it says that when you can't come to it, it can come to you. Its stated service area is Napoleon and "surrounding areas." It also names the Weston area, so ask whether your spot is covered.

Todds lists work on furnaces, AC, water heaters and other appliances, slide-outs, awnings, roofs and roof leaks, electrical issues and faults, generators, wheel bearings and tires, floor replacement, and seasonal winterization. It does not name which RV types it covers, so ask about your model first. Slide-out and awning work done where the rig sits can save a tow, since a slide-out that will not retract can make a rig unsafe to drive.

Todds does not publish a trip fee, hourly rate, diagnostic fee or per-job prices, so ask for the trip fee and an estimate when you call. Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, 10am to 2pm Saturday, and closed Sunday. No after-hours or emergency service is listed, so ask whether anyone takes a call outside those hours.

Todds calls its team "locally owned and qualified," but it names no certifications or factory training, and it states no licensing, insurance or warranty. Ask which training the technician has and what the repair is guaranteed for before anyone comes out. A review it posts describes a technician who "came right to my campsite and fixed my awning in no time." Google rates Todds 3.2 stars from 13 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Napoleon or the Weston area who needs a slide-out, awning, roof or appliance fixed where the rig is parked, and who will confirm the trip fee and the technician's training before booking.
