TJ's Quality RV Storage & Repair, Inc.

TJ's Quality RV Storage & Repair, Inc. is a fixed-location RV repair shop based in Concord, North Carolina. It does not offer mobile service, so you bring the RV to its shop at 379 Central Dr. NW.

It works on motorhomes, fifth wheels and travel trailers, covering plumbing, water heaters, refrigerators, AC, windows, awnings, generators and roofs. It also handles 5th wheel and travel trailer repair and maintenance more broadly. The shop names Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and several closer towns like China Grove, Kannapolis, Mooresville, Huntersville, Matthews, Salisbury and Statesville as places owners travel in from.

No hourly rate, trip fee, diagnostic fee or published hours are listed, so ask about those when you call.

TJ's is an Authorized Aqua-Hot Service Center, which matters if your rig runs that hydronic heating system, since not every shop is set up to service it. It's also affiliated with Interstate Batteries and WeatherTech. The business was founded in March of 2015 by Thomas Chapman, who had already worked in the RV industry for more than 20 years before starting the company. The shop also offers indoor and outdoor RV storage, which is worth knowing if you need somewhere to park the rig after the repair is done.

Google rates it 4.8 stars from 112 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Concord or greater Charlotte area who can bring the RV in rather than needing someone to come to them, especially one with an Aqua-Hot system or a rig that needs both repair and a place to store it afterward.
