Frank's R.V. Repair

Frank's R.V. Repair is an RV repair shop based in Clayton, North Carolina. You bring the RV to its shop at 1142 Corbett Rd, and all work is done by appointment only.

It works on motorhomes, travel trailers and campers of all makes and models, including Provost and both domestic and import brands. The list covers roof repair and replacement, glass replacement, electrical, plumbing, propane, appliance and generator repairs, air conditioning service, refrigerator service, awning replacement and repair, hitch and towing system installations, and collision, water and wind damage repair, including insurance claims. It serves Clayton, Garner, Raleigh, Benson, Smithfield, Cary and Apex.

No hourly rate, diagnostic fee or trip fee is published, so ask about cost when you call to set up an appointment. The shop is open Tuesday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

Frank's has been repairing RVs since 2010 and accepts most extended warranties, which matters if your rig is still under a service contract, since not every shop will honor one. One traveler wrote that Frank came to their house to temporarily fix a stuck slide-out, then ordered parts and installed them right after, which let them leave on schedule for a winter trip. Another says Frank has worked on their motorhome for 13 years.

Google rates it 4.4 stars from 56 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Clayton or Raleigh who wants a shop that will work with an extended warranty and has a long track record on a wide range of RV and camper systems.
