On The Mark Mobile RV Tech Services

On The Mark Mobile RV Tech Services is a mobile RV tech based in Charlotte, North Carolina. It comes to you, at your campsite, storage lot or driveway, rather than you bringing the RV to a shop.

It works on RV air conditioners, refrigerators, water heaters, propane and electrical systems, and water systems including plumbing, tanks and water pumps. It also handles warranty repairs, working with warranty companies and manufacturers to fix a rig on-site instead of leaving it sitting at a dealership for weeks. This matters because a dealer wait can keep an RV off the road for a long stretch, and an on-site warranty repair gets it back in use faster.

The business follows the camping seasons rather than staying put year-round. It serves the Charlotte area from March through May, Butler, Pennsylvania and the surrounding area from June through October, and Mesa and Apache Junction, Arizona from November through March, with its Google and Facebook pages used to announce other stops along the way. A traveler who breaks down outside these windows should check those pages or call to see if the business is nearby.

No hourly rate, trip fee or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call.

Google rates it 4.9 stars from 54 reviews, and the write-ups mention a technician named Mark working directly on fifth wheels, water heaters and air conditioners.

This is a good fit for a full-time traveler moving between Charlotte, western Pennsylvania and the Phoenix area who wants a tech who already works that same loop, or anyone nearby needing a warranty repair done without a trip to the dealer.
