Asheville Auto Spa

Asheville Auto Spa is an auto detailing business based in Arden, NC, at 3 Business Park Cir. It describes its area as "Located in Arden, NC and Serving Asheville and the Surrounding Areas." Its RV page does not say whether it works on rigs at its shop or comes to your campground or driveway, so ask that before you book.

The RV work it lists is cleaning and restoration: decal restoration, complete interior and exterior cleaning, vacuuming, smoke and odor removal, pet hair removal (dogs), scratch removal and repair, and headlight restoration. None of that is mechanical, so this is the call for the look and inside of the rig, not for an AC, refrigerator, slide-out or generator. If the rig has had smokers or dogs, ask specifically about smoke and odor removal and pet hair removal.

The page publishes no RV prices, no hourly rate and no trip fee, so ask about the trip fee when you call. The one discount it lists is 10% off for civil service workers, and it appears on the auto detailing page, not the RV page. Its hours read "Detailing by appointment only," so you book ahead, and the page lists no emergency or after-hours service.

The page names "Detailing-School Trained" staff, "Over 32 Years’ Experience," a "Warranty on Ceramic Coating," and the awards "Gold Medal Winner" and "Best of Asheville." Detailing-school training is not an RV certification, and the page names none, so ask what RV work the staff has done. It also does not state licensing or insurance. Google rates it 4.9 stars from 360 reviews under Car detailing service.

This is a good fit for an owner who wants a rig cleaned, decals restored, or odor and pet hair removed before a trip or sale, and who can book ahead. It is not the right call for a traveler with a broken system at a campground.
