Armor RV & Camper Roofing

Armor RV & Camper Roofing is a roof specialist based in Sprakers, New York. You bring the RV to its shop, and it serves the Albany, NY corridor and surrounding regions, including Schenectady, Saratoga Springs, Amsterdam, Gloversville, Glens Falls, the Mohawk Valley and the Adirondack foothills.

It works on roof seams, roof vents, AC unit gaskets, skylights and slide-out seals on motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop-ups, toy haulers and campers. This matters because a leak rarely stays where it starts. Water that gets in around a vent or a slide-out seal can travel several feet before it shows up as a stain on the ceiling, so catching it at the roof saves the walls and floor underneath.

No pricing menu is published, so ask about cost and what an inspection involves when you call. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Armor is a Conklin-certified contractor, a system built with embedded fabric that flexes with the RV and seals seams with a waterproof membrane instead of a straight tear-off and replacement. It backs its fabric-reinforced system with a lifetime, non-transferable warranty, and its standard coating system with a 15-year warranty. The business is owned by Andrew Zook, who founded it to focus only on RV and camper roofs rather than general roofing work.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Albany corridor with a roof that is leaking, aging, or due for a once-over before winter storage or a long summer trip, who wants a straight answer about repair versus restoration before committing to either.
