JB's RV Service Plus

JB's RV Service Plus is a mobile RV tech and shop based in Bath, New York. It comes to you across a large part of the state, covering Western NY, the Finger Lakes, the Southern Tier, Central NY and the surrounding areas, and it also offers limited shop scheduling for larger jobs that need a bay.

It works on 5th wheels, motorhomes (Class A, B and C), travel trailers, pop-up campers, truck campers, toy haulers and park models. The list of systems it covers is long: AC/DC electrical, plumbing, propane and natural gas, HVAC, appliances, solar, hydraulics, towing and hitching, roof repairs and full replacements, floor repairs and flooring replacement, axles, bearings, brakes, tires, welding and carpentry. That range matters if you would rather make one call instead of chasing down a different specialist for the roof, the slide-out wiring and the brakes.

No hourly rate is published. Estimates are built from travel mileage, parts and service time, so ask what that comes to for your location when you call. It states it can "beat any dealer pricing on parts, labor, and service." Owners Stacy and Jason Bresee run estimates through a scheduling platform before any work starts, and invoice totals will not exceed the estimate without the owner's approval. During busy stretches, work may book out three to four weeks, but most jobs turn around within two weeks or less.

Google rates it 4.7 stars from 14 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in Western or Central New York, the Finger Lakes or the Southern Tier who wants one shop for a wide range of repairs, from a leaking roof to a worn-out axle, and does not mind getting a mileage-based estimate before scheduling.
