Brown's Collision & Coachworks

Brown's Collision & Coachworks is a collision and body repair shop based in Amsterdam, New York. It is a fixed shop, so you bring the RV to them rather than the other way around, at 4409 State Hwy 30. They also have a sister location, Brown's Collision, in Johnstown, but the Amsterdam shop is the one set up for oversize vehicles.

The Amsterdam location works on RVs and motor coaches alongside tractor trailers and commercial vehicles. The work covers collision repair, frame straightening, fiberglass repair, auto body work, automotive paint, interior repair (carpet, leather, vinyl, fabric, trim) and wheel repairs, bent, cracked or curbed. If a tree branch or a backing mishap has torn into the fiberglass or body panels on your rig, this is body and paint work, not a mechanical fix, and that is exactly what this shop is built for.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about cost and scheduling when you call. They do offer free estimates with no appointment necessary. Hours run Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to noon, closed Sunday.
