ADVANCED GENERATOR AND RV SERVICE

Advanced Generator and RV Service is an RV repair shop based in Monroe Township, New Jersey. You bring the RV to its shop at 533 Englishtown Road rather than having a tech come to you.

It works on appliances, generators, electrical systems, LP systems, leveling systems, awnings, chassis and suspension, plumbing systems and general interior and exterior repair. It also handles A/C system service and full generator repair, maintenance, removal and installation. On top of the RV side, it rebuilds starters, alternators and DC motors for RV, marine, commercial, agricultural and industrial equipment, a holdover from how the business started.

No hourly rate or trip fee is published, so ask about pricing when you call. The shop is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and closed weekends.

The business has been in Monroe Township since 1994, starting as an electrical rebuilding shop before expanding into RV work in 2001, so it has a long history with both generators and RVs under one roof. Its technicians are RVDA/RVIA certified, a credential that means they have been trained to the RV industry's own standards rather than just general auto or marine repair. That matters if your rig's generator or leveling system needs a tech who actually knows RV systems, not just engines.

Google rates it 4.8 stars from 56 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner near Monroe Township who can get the RV to the shop and wants a long-established outfit for generator work, appliance repair or an A/C system problem, rather than a mobile call at the campsite.
