Dog Crate RV

Dog Crate RV is a mobile RV repair and inspection business based in Laconia, New Hampshire. It comes to you, at your site, rather than you bringing the rig to a shop.

It works on electrical issues, HVAC systems and routine maintenance, and it also performs pre-purchase and post-purchase RV inspections. The owner runs every call personally, with no outsourcing. Its service area shifts with the seasons: the Lakes Region of NH from May through October, and the Austin/Kingsland area of Texas from November through April.

There is no published hourly rate or trip fee, so ask about that when you call. Hours are 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm, with emergency calls taken 24/7.

The owner holds RVTAA technician certification, is an NRVTA graduate named a 2025 Hall of Fame inductee, and is an NRVIA certified inspector. That inspection credential matters most if you are buying a used rig: a certified inspector applies recognized standards to find problems before you own them, not after. The business describes its approach this way: "We bring certified expertise directly to your RV, helping you avoid long wait times while maintaining professional standards and upfront pricing."

Google rates it 4.8 stars from 26 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in the Lakes Region of NH, or in the Austin/Kingsland area of Texas in the off season, who wants a repair done on-site without hauling the RV somewhere, or who wants a certified inspection before buying or to check on a rig already owned.
