Midwest RV Roof

Midwest RV Roof is a shop based in Adams, Nebraska, and you bring the RV to them. They offer a free inspection at the shop, so a cracked seam or a soft spot after a storm is worth a look before it turns into a bigger repair bill.

Their main work is FlexArmor, a spray-applied roof coating, along with awning repair and replacement, air conditioning, and skylight work. They are the only authorized FlexArmor applicator doing RV roof repair in Nebraska, and they are also authorized dealers of Carefree of Colorado and Dometic, so awning and AC parts come from brands they are set up to install and service correctly. They work on fifth wheels and campers.

No hourly rate or per-job prices are published, so ask about cost when you call to schedule. Hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, closed weekends.

FlexArmor carries a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next owner, which matters if you ever sell the RV: a roof that is still under warranty is worth more to a buyer than one that is not. The coating is also meant to seal over skylights for full protection, and for anyone worried about losing natural light in the bathroom because of that, they offer an LED bathroom lighting add-on to make up for it.

Google rates them 5 stars from 59 reviews, with repeat mentions of the owner, Sam, keeping people updated through the job.

This is a good fit for an owner in or around Lincoln dealing with a leaking roof, hail or storm damage, or an aging rubber roof who wants a one-time fix with a warranty that follows the RV, rather than another short-term patch.
