DNA RV Inspections & Tank Cleaning

DNA RV Inspections & Tank Cleaning is a mobile RV service that comes to you. It serves Woodland Park, Colorado, and the surrounding area, though its contact page also shows a Billings, Montana address.

It does two kinds of work: RV inspections and black and gray tank cleaning. Its inspections cover the exterior and roof, interior components and appliances, electrical, plumbing and water, propane, heating and cooling, chassis, tires and suspension, and fluid analysis. Essential, Custom, pre-purchase and pre-sale inspections are all offered. Tank cleaning uses "high-pressure, eco-friendly methods," and it says, "We use sensor-safe methods and lubricate valves to protect seals." Its pages describe inspections and tank cleaning, not repairs.

It does not publish prices for inspections or tank cleaning, and no hours are posted. Call (720) 749-0039 and ask about the trip fee, the hours and which area it covers, since the Billings address is still on its contact page.

It calls its inspections "certified" and says they follow "industry standards," but it names no certifying body. A pre-purchase inspection is worth the cost before you buy a used rig, since a bad roof or tire found before the sale costs far less than one found after.

For tank cleaning, it suggests a cleaning every six months for boondocking or dry camping, and once a year for full-time use. Slow drains, odors, a toilet that won't flush, full tanks and sensors that read wrong all point to a tank that needs cleaning.

This is a good fit for an owner in Woodland Park and the area around it who wants an inspection before buying or selling, or a tank cleaning where the RV is parked.
