RV Rescue 911

RV Rescue 911 is a mobile RV repair company based in East Helena, Montana, at 3702 E Main St. It comes to you, so a rig parked at a campground, storage lot or driveway can be worked on where it sits. It names Helena, Livingston and Bozeman as its service area and gives no wider radius.

It does not name the systems, RV types or brands it works on, so ask whether it handles your rig before you book. The service request form asks for the year, make and model, the complaint and whether it is an emergency, so have those ready. A tech who comes to the campground can save a tow when a rig cannot be moved.

No trip fee, hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about the trip fee first. Standard hours for 911 RV repair and mobile RV repair are "from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday." It also lists "Emergency Services Available" with no hours or rates attached, so ask what after-hours help covers before you need it.

It does not state licensing, insurance, a warranty, years in business or who the tech would be. Ask for each. Insurance is what pays if a tech damages your rig, so ask whether the company carries it. Google rates the company 4.2 stars from 39 reviews in the RV repair shop category.

This is a good fit for a traveler or RV owner in Helena, Livingston or Bozeman who needs repair where the rig sits and wants the trip fee, the systems covered and the after-hours terms confirmed before booking.
