Griffon's RV Repair

Griffon's RV Repair is a repair business based in Fredericktown, Missouri, at 1150 Madison 505. It works both ways: you can bring your RV to its shop, or it can bring its services to you. It does not name a service area, so ask how far out it will come.

It works on travel trailers and fifth wheels. The work it describes is repair and inspection, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs. For a camper that breaks down away from home, it says it can "provide fast service to get you back on track." It names no brands and does not mention motorhomes, so ask about your make first.

It does not publish a trip fee, an hourly rate or prices for any job, so ask about all three before anyone is sent out. Its hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or after-hours service listed. A Friday evening breakdown may wait until Monday.

The listing names no certifications, no license or insurance, and no warranty. Ask for each one. A written warranty is what you hold if a repair fails far from home, and an RV certification is one way to check a tech's training. Google rates the business 5 stars from 3 reviews, a small number, and Tim Griffon and Lucas Pate are the two people named.

This is a good fit for an owner near Fredericktown with a travel trailer or fifth wheel that can go to the shop on a weekday, or for a traveler whose trailer needs emergency repair during business hours and who will ask about the trip fee before booking.
