Complete Auto & RV, llc

Complete Auto & RV, llc is a collision repair shop based in Brashear, Missouri, with a second location in Kirksville. You bring the RV to it. It calls itself "a locally owned & operated business with over 100 years of combined experience in the collision repair industry."

It lists roof repair and maintenance, water damage restoration, walls and ceiling reconstruction, floor repair and installation, awning repair and installation, storm damage and collision repair, along with parts and accessories. Its main line is "We specialize in Auto, RV and Semi collision repair and restoration." It does not name which RV types or brands it works on, so ask about your rig before you drive over.

It publishes no prices, hourly rate or hours, so ask for the total before any work starts. It accepts insurance claims and self pay, and it has added a drive-in bay where it can finish the damage appraisal and estimate without physical contact. An insurance claim runs on a written estimate, so getting one before work starts shows you the damage and the cost before you commit.

Its team is named as Joe Hatcher, Kevin Chrisman, Tysen Lawson, Tyson Hatcher and Natasha Morris. It names no certifications, license, insurance coverage or warranty, so ask what it carries and what it guarantees. Google lists it as an RV repair shop and rates it 5 stars from 40 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner near Brashear or Kirksville with roof, water, storm or awning damage who can bring the rig in and wants a written estimate before work starts. An owner who needs a mobile tech, or work outside those two towns, should ask first.
